Helping Underprivileged Child

The Gift of Mobility initiative reflects our club’s commitment to supporting underprivileged children in need of critical medical care. Recently, the Rotary Club of Jodhpur Midtown extended financial assistance for a child requiring an urgent hip replacement surgery at AIIMS. With the generous support of our members, the club contributed by funding a complete cementless hip replacement kit, an essential component for the life-saving procedure. This effort not only supports the child’s recovery but also restores hope, mobility, and a chance for a healthier future. Together, we continue to create meaningful impact and bring relief to those who need it most. 🙏🏻

Kitaabo Literacy Drive

The Kitaabo Literacy Drive is an initiative supporting “Kitaabo – The Blue City Children’s Literature Festival,” organized by Desert Leaf Foundation. This project aims to encourage children to develop a habit of reading, reduce screen time, and foster creativity and imagination. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Jodhpur Midtown, the initiative promotes the joy of books through active participation, community engagement, and support for young learners. It reflects a shared commitment to nurturing young minds and building a culture of lifelong learning.

Digital Empowerment: Computer Donation Phase-1

Rotary Club of Jodhpur Midtown successfully completed Phase-1 of its digital empowerment initiative by donating 6 computers to Mahatma Gandhi Government School. This effort marks an important step toward enhancing digital learning opportunities for students. The computers were generously sponsored by Mahaveer Jain, reflecting the true spirit of “Service Above Self.” With this initiative, students now have improved access to technology, enabling better learning and skill development. Phase-2 of the project is already planned and will include additional computers along with the setup of a complete computer lab, further strengthening digital education at the school.

The Rotary Club of Jodhpur Midtown proudly celebrated the successful inauguration of the newly renovated Female Isolation Ward at Umaid Hospital in the presence of District Governor Rtn. Dr. Nisha Shekhawat and fellow Rotarians.
